The GoLite Lift comes with a limited warranty and the following coverage.
Frame – 2-Year Warranty
Two (2) years from the date of purchase covering frame components.
Mechanical Parts – 1-Year Warranty
One (1) year limited warranty on mechanical components.
- The remote control and cable assembly are not covered if there is physical damage to pins, connectors, or cables
- Physical damage to plastics or platform surfaces is not covered
Battery – 1-Year Warranty
One (1) year limited warranty on the battery.

Warranty Exclusions
- Failure to follow proper use, operation, and maintenance
- Use of non-authorized parts
- Mechanical damage caused by accident or misuse
- Consumable parts such as inner core, outer tires, and bearings
- Unauthorized changes to product design
- Damage caused by natural disasters (flood, earthquake, fire, etc.)
- Normal maintenance service or periodic adjustments required for normal use

If a product is not the right fit, you may request a return authorization by submitting an RMA request. Once submitted, our team will review your order and contact you with next steps, including eligibility confirmation and return instructions.
All returns must be pre-approved and assigned an RMA number before being shipped back. Items sent without authorization may be rejected.
Orders shipped outside the United States via freight forwarders are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns require an approved RMA and must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be new and unused
- No signs of wear, damage, or installation
- Original packaging required
- Return request must be made within 30 days (brand-dependent)
- Enhance Mobility: 7-day return window
- Must ship within 7 days of receiving RMA
- 20% restocking fee may apply
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

- Lift chairs with custom fabric, heat, or massage options

- Lift chairs removed from original packaging (must be factory sealed)
Return Shipping
Unless an error occurred on our part, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Both outbound and return shipping fees apply
- Insurance is strongly recommended for high-value items
- Incorrect return shipments may incur additional charges
- $30 fee may apply for missed carrier pickups
Canceled Orders
Orders canceled after shipment are subject to standard return policies.
- Orders must be accepted before return processing
- Refused deliveries incur return shipping costs
- Restocking fees between 15%–25% may apply
- Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds & Credits
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
