We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders within the lower 48 United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may incur additional shipping fees. Certain larger mobility products may not be eligible for delivery outside the contiguous United States.

Orders shipped via FedEx or UPS typically arrive within 3–6 business days. International shipping is not available, but we can ship to a freight forwarder within the lower 48 states at no additional cost.

Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.

Larger mobility products such as scooters, power wheelchairs, and lift chairs ship via freight carrier and require a scheduled delivery appointment.

Freight shipments include curbside delivery only. Items will be delivered to the end of your driveway or curb and will not be brought inside your home.
