Built with a 400 lb weight capacity and multiple sizing options, it offers a customized fit designed to support a wide range of users. Its advanced design ensures stability, durability, and long-term performance.

Featuring patented MaxiComfort® positioning, the PR525 provides infinite recline adjustments that help reduce pressure points, improve circulation, and promote full-body relaxation. The 4-Zone Comfort System allows independent adjustment of the headrest, lumbar, backrest, and footrest for personalized support.

Smart features enhance everyday usability, including an adjustable power headrest and lumbar system, AutoDrive™ programmable hand control with memory settings, open-arm storage compartments, USB charging ports, and a power port with LED lighting.

For ultimate relaxation, the optional Nirvana™ Swedish Air Massage system with Far Infrared HeatWave™ technology delivers soothing air pressure and gentle heat across more than 500 square inches of the body.

GOLDEN warrants this chair to the original consumer against defects in material or workmanship under a limited lifetime and seven-year structure and electrical coverage system (varies by model).
Lifetime Warranty – Frame, Lift & Recline Mechanism
Covers repair or replacement (at Golden’s discretion) of:
  • Lift mechanism
  • Chair frame
  • Recline mechanism
Labor is subsidized for 3 years on most models. Capri and Monarch are limited to 6 months subsidized labor. Shipping, handling, packaging, and inspection costs are not covered.
Electrical Parts Warranty (Years 1–3)
GOLDEN warrants electrical components for 3 years from original purchase (model variations apply).

Covered Electrical Parts:
  • Motors, control boxes, and power systems
  • Wiring and connectors
  • Hand controls and electronics
  • Transformers and circuit components
Labor is subsidized for 1 year (6 months for Capri and Monarch models). Electrical parts coverage may vary by model (Capri: 1 year, Monarch: 2 years).
Electrical Parts Warranty (Years 4–7 – Pro-Rated)
After year 3, electrical parts are covered on a declining discount basis:
  • Year 4: 35% discount
  • Year 5: 25% discount
  • Year 6: 15% discount
  • Year 7: 5% discount
Capri and Monarch models are excluded from this portion. No labor, shipping, or handling costs are covered during this period.
Warranty Conditions & Exclusions
Warranty is void or limited if damage results from:
  • Misuse, abuse, or improper service
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Transit or handling damage
  • Exceeding weight capacity
Also excluded:
  • Service calls for user education
  • Improper power connections
  • Environmental or accidental damage

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty and replaces all other express or implied warranties. Golden Technologies is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use or business. Warranty claims must be approved before service. Coverage applies in all 50 U.S. states, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

Overview
At Suncoast Mobility, we are committed to helping you select the right mobility product for your needs, including scooters, power wheelchairs, lift chairs, and other mobility equipment.

If a product is not the right fit, you may request a return authorization by submitting an RMA request. Once submitted, our team will review your order and contact you with next steps, including eligibility confirmation and return instructions.

All returns must be pre-approved and assigned an RMA number before being shipped back. Items sent without authorization may be rejected.

Orders shipped outside the United States via freight forwarders are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns require an approved RMA and must meet the following conditions:
  • Items must be new and unused
  • No signs of wear, damage, or installation
  • Original packaging required
  • Return request must be made within 30 days (brand-dependent)
  • Enhance Mobility: 7-day return window
  • Must ship within 7 days of receiving RMA
  • 20% restocking fee may apply
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Custom-built or custom-configured products
  • Open-box or used items
  • Lift chairs with custom fabric, heat, or massage options
  • Golden Technologies PR-502 lift chairs
  • Lift chairs removed from original packaging (must be factory sealed)
Return Shipping
Unless an error occurred on our part, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Both outbound and return shipping fees apply
  • Insurance is strongly recommended for high-value items
  • Incorrect return shipments may incur additional charges
  • $30 fee may apply for missed carrier pickups
Canceled Orders
Orders canceled after shipment are subject to standard return policies.
  • Orders must be accepted before return processing
  • Refused deliveries incur return shipping costs
  • Restocking fees between 15%–25% may apply
  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds & Credits
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
