Golden warrants this chair against defects in material or workmanship to the original consumer only through authorized dealers. Coverage applies to lift mechanisms, recline mechanisms, frame components, and electrical systems as outlined below.
Lifetime Warranty (Frame, Lift & Recline)
Covers repair or replacement of:
  • Lift mechanism
  • Chair frame
  • Recline mechanism
Labor is subsidized for 3 years on most models (Capri and Monarch limited to 6 months). Transportation, handling, and inspection costs are not included.
3-Year Electrical Parts Warranty
Covers defects in electrical components including motors, controllers, and wiring.

  • Monarch: 2 years
  • Capri: 1 year
Labor is subsidized for 1 year (6 months for Capri and Monarch).
4th–7th Year Electrical Parts Coverage
After year 3, electrical parts are covered on a prorated discount basis:
  • Year 4: 35% off MSRP
  • Year 5: 25% off MSRP
  • Year 6: 15% off MSRP
  • Year 7: 5% off MSRP
Capri and Monarch are excluded from this coverage period.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
Warranty applies only if the product has not been misused, abused, altered, or improperly serviced.

Exclusions include:
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Improper use or maintenance
  • Transit damage
  • Non-approved modifications
  • Exceeding weight limits
Service calls for user education or power issues are not covered.

Warranty is void if weight limits are exceeded:
  • Petite/Small models — 300 lbs
  • Cambridge / Williamsburg / Regal — 375 lbs
  • Capri — 325 lbs
  • PR931 series — 350 lbs
  • Standard medium/large — 375 lbs

At Suncoast Mobility, we are committed to helping you select the right mobility product for your needs, including scooters, power wheelchairs, lift chairs, and other mobility equipment.

If a product is not the right fit, you may request a return authorization by submitting an RMA request. Once submitted, our team will review your order and contact you with next steps, including eligibility confirmation and return instructions.

All returns must be pre-approved and assigned an RMA number before being shipped back. Items sent without authorization may be rejected.

Orders shipped outside the United States via freight forwarders are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns require an approved RMA and must meet the following conditions:
  • Items must be new and unused
  • No signs of wear, damage, or installation
  • Original packaging required
  • Return request must be made within 30 days (brand-dependent)
  • Enhance Mobility: 7-day return window
  • Must ship within 7 days of receiving RMA
  • 20% restocking fee may apply
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Custom-built or custom-configured products
  • Open-box or used items
  • Lift chairs with custom fabric, heat, or massage options
  • Golden Technologies PR-502 lift chairs
  • Lift chairs removed from original packaging (must be factory sealed)
Return Shipping
Unless an error occurred on our part, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Both outbound and return shipping fees apply
  • Insurance is strongly recommended for high-value items
  • Incorrect return shipments may incur additional charges
  • $30 fee may apply for missed carrier pickups
Canceled Orders
Orders canceled after shipment are subject to standard return policies.
  • Orders must be accepted before return processing
  • Refused deliveries incur return shipping costs
  • Restocking fees between 15%–25% may apply
  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds & Credits
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
