The Golden Technologies Compass Sport Power Wheelchair is designed to deliver advanced control, comfort, and dependable performance for everyday mobility needs.

Equipped with the Dynamic Linx smart controller, this power wheelchair uses Dynamic Load Compensation technology to automatically adjust motor output based on terrain, rider weight, and driving conditions. This results in a smoother, more natural ride across a variety of environments.

With a 24-mile driving range, the Compass Sport is ideal for full-day activities and active lifestyles. It supports users up to 300 lbs and provides excellent stability with a 3.25-inch ground clearance for navigating uneven surfaces.

Its ultra-tight 19.5-inch turning radius makes indoor navigation easy, allowing smooth movement through hallways, doorways, and tight spaces without sacrificing outdoor capability.

Backed by Golden Technologies’ industry-leading warranty, the Compass Sport includes a 1-year in-home service contract. A licensed technician will provide in-home diagnosis and repair during the first year at no additional cost.

Golden Technologies provides this warranty only to the original consumer against defects in materials or workmanship for power wheelchairs. Failure to follow the owner’s manual instructions may void warranty coverage.

Warranty begins on the date of purchase from an authorized provider and requires registration.

Limited Lifetime Frame Warranty
Covers repair or replacement (at Golden’s discretion) of:
  • Steel frame
  • Frame welds
  • Seat post

GP162, GP615, and GP620 models are limited to a 5-year frame warranty.
Thirteen-Month Limited Warranty (Mechanical & Structural Parts)
Covers structural components including:
  • Caster beam
  • Anti-tip forks
  • Caster forks
  • Armrests
  • Footrest
Thirteen-Month Drive Train Warranty
Covers:
  • Motor/gearbox assembly
  • Brake assembly (electrical function only)

Note: Increased motor noise from normal wear is not considered a defect.

Twelve-Month Battery Warranty
Batteries supplied by Golden Technologies are covered for 12 months against defects in materials or workmanship.

Accessories supplied with the unit are covered for 1 year unless otherwise noted.
Warranty Exclusions
Not covered under warranty:
  • Tires and tubes
  • ABS plastic shrouds
  • Armrest pads
  • Motor brushes
  • Bulbs and fuses
  • Battery cases
  • Brake pads
  • Upholstery

Also excluded:
  • Loss or theft of components
  • Battery fluid leakage or spillage
  • Misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Improper operation or storage
  • Commercial use
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Exceeding weight capacity
  • Failure to follow instructions
  • Acts of nature
  • Circumstances beyond manufacturer control

Any unauthorized repairs void the warranty.
Warranty Service Terms
All warranty service must be performed by an authorized Golden Technologies representative.

Customer is responsible for:
  • Labor charges
  • Transportation
  • Handling and packaging

Items must not be returned without prior written authorization. Damage during transport is the customer’s responsibility.

There is no other express warranty.
Legal Disclaimer
Implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded.

Liability for consequential damages is excluded.

Overview
At Suncoast Mobility, we are committed to helping you select the right mobility product for your needs, including scooters, power wheelchairs, lift chairs, and other mobility equipment.

If a product is not the right fit, you may request a return authorization by submitting an RMA request. Once submitted, our team will review your order and contact you with next steps, including eligibility confirmation and return instructions.

All returns must be pre-approved and assigned an RMA number before being shipped back. Items sent without authorization may be rejected.

Orders shipped outside the United States via freight forwarders are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns require an approved RMA and must meet the following conditions:
  • Items must be new and unused
  • No signs of wear, damage, or installation
  • Original packaging required
  • Return request must be made within 30 days (brand-dependent)
  • Enhance Mobility: 7-day return window
  • Must ship within 7 days of receiving RMA
  • 20% restocking fee may apply
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Custom-built or custom-configured products
  • Open-box or used items
  • Lift chairs with custom fabric, heat, or massage options
  • Golden Technologies PR-502 lift chairs
  • Lift chairs removed from original packaging (must be factory sealed)
Return Shipping
Unless an error occurred on our part, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Both outbound and return shipping fees apply
  • Insurance is strongly recommended for high-value items
  • Incorrect return shipments may incur additional charges
  • $30 fee may apply for missed carrier pickups
Canceled Orders
Orders canceled after shipment are subject to standard return policies.
  • Orders must be accepted before return processing
  • Refused deliveries incur return shipping costs
  • Restocking fees between 15%–25% may apply
  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds & Credits
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
