The Golden Passport Bed is a premium hi-low adjustable wellness bed designed to enhance comfort, accessibility, and long-term health support.

Featuring advanced positioning technology, the Passport Bed offers Zero-Gravity and reverse Trendelenburg functions to relieve pressure on joints, improve circulation, and support lower-limb elevation for enhanced comfort and recovery.

Its adjustable height system provides three settings ranging from 10.5” to 28”, with up to 11” of vertical rise to support safer transfers and easier bed access.

For enhanced comfort, an optional 10” SmartFoam mattress is available, designed to support head and foot articulation while maintaining long-term durability and comfort.

A 3” firm transfer edge adds stability during entry and exit, improving safety and independence. The wall-hugging design ensures the bed remains space-efficient, making it ideal for smaller bedrooms.

The Golden Passport Bed ships in two manageable sections and includes free white-glove delivery, where trained technicians handle full in-home assembly for a seamless setup experience.

Overview
At Suncoast Mobility, we are committed to helping you select the right mobility product for your needs, including scooters, power wheelchairs, lift chairs, and other mobility equipment.

If a product is not the right fit, you may request a return authorization by submitting an RMA request. Once submitted, our team will review your order and contact you with next steps, including eligibility confirmation and return instructions.

All returns must be pre-approved and assigned an RMA number before being shipped back. Items sent without authorization may be rejected.

Orders shipped outside the United States via freight forwarders are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns require an approved RMA and must meet the following conditions:
  • Items must be new and unused
  • No signs of wear, damage, or installation
  • Original packaging required
  • Return request must be made within 30 days (brand-dependent)
  • Enhance Mobility: 7-day return window
  • Must ship within 7 days of receiving RMA
  • 20% restocking fee may apply
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Custom-built or custom-configured products
  • Open-box or used items
  • Lift chairs with custom fabric, heat, or massage options
  • Golden Technologies PR-502 lift chairs
  • Lift chairs removed from original packaging (must be factory sealed)
Return Shipping
Unless an error occurred on our part, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Both outbound and return shipping fees apply
  • Insurance is strongly recommended for high-value items
  • Incorrect return shipments may incur additional charges
  • $30 fee may apply for missed carrier pickups
Canceled Orders
Orders canceled after shipment are subject to standard return policies.
  • Orders must be accepted before return processing
  • Refused deliveries incur return shipping costs
  • Restocking fees between 15%–25% may apply
  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds & Credits
