This product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of manufacture.
Once registered, the manufacturer’s warranty period is one (1) year unless otherwise specified at the time of sale. Failure to register your product will void the warranty.
Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of EZ Carrier, LLC. Any replaced parts become property of EZ Carrier, LLC.
EZ Carrier, LLC may repair or replace parts without admitting liability. Labor charges are covered under warranty.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Warranty Conditions
- Product must not be used for competition, misuse, or improper maintenance
- No unauthorized modification, repair, or replacement
- Defects caused by unauthorized service are not covered
- Use of non-approved parts voids warranty coverage
- Commercial use is excluded
- Defects must be reported immediately upon discovery
- Warranty does not cover loss of use, downtime, or incidental damages

If a product is not the right fit, you may request a return authorization by submitting an RMA request. Once submitted, our team will review your order and contact you with next steps, including eligibility confirmation and return instructions.
All returns must be pre-approved and assigned an RMA number before being shipped back. Items sent without authorization may be rejected.
Orders shipped outside the United States via freight forwarders are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
