If a product is not the right fit, you may request a return authorization by submitting an RMA request. Once submitted, our team will review your order and contact you with next steps, including eligibility confirmation and return instructions.
All returns must be pre-approved and assigned an RMA number before being shipped back. Items sent without authorization may be rejected.
Orders shipped outside the United States via freight forwarders are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns require an approved RMA and must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be new and unused
- No signs of wear, damage, or installation
- Original packaging required
- Return request must be made within 30 days (brand-dependent)
- Enhance Mobility: 7-day return window
- Must ship within 7 days of receiving RMA
- 20% restocking fee may apply
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

- Open-box or used items
- Lift chairs with custom fabric, heat, or massage options
- Golden Technologies PR-502 lift chairs
- Lift chairs removed from original packaging (must be factory sealed)
Return Shipping
Unless an error occurred on our part, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- $30 fee may apply for missed carrier pickups
Canceled Orders
Orders canceled after shipment are subject to standard return policies.
