Our team will arrange for replacement parts to be shipped directly to you at no cost and will work quickly to restore your scooter to proper working condition.
Warranty Coverage
The following components are covered for repair or replacement, at our discretion, from the original purchase date:
  • Lifetime Limited Warranty: Frame, seat post, platform, and frame welds
  • 24-Month Limited Warranty: Electronic controller and motor/gearbox assembly
  • 12-Month Warranty: Batteries
Non-Covered Components
The following items are warranted to be free from defects at the time of delivery but are not covered under extended warranty periods:
  • Plastic shrouds and footrests
  • Upholstery and seating
  • Armrest pads
  • Tires and tubes
  • Anti-tip wheels and floor mats
  • Plastic connections and hardware
  • Nuts, bolts, and metal connection pins
  • Brake pads and mounting brackets
  • Any components not specifically listed under warranty coverage
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply if the unit has been:
  • Modified or altered
  • Misused or improperly operated
  • Involved in an accident
  • Subjected to improper battery storage
  • Used beyond the stated weight capacity
  • Damaged by environmental or natural causes
Replacement Parts
Replacement parts provided under warranty may be new or refurbished and are supplied at the manufacturer’s discretion through Drive Medical.

At Suncoast Mobility, we are committed to helping you select the right mobility product for your needs, including scooters, power wheelchairs, lift chairs, and other mobility equipment.

If a product is not the right fit, you may request a return authorization by submitting an RMA request. Once submitted, our team will review your order and contact you with next steps, including eligibility confirmation and return instructions.

All returns must be pre-approved and assigned an RMA number before being shipped back. Items sent without authorization may be rejected.

Orders shipped outside the United States via freight forwarders are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns require an approved RMA and must meet the following conditions:
  • Items must be new and unused
  • No signs of wear, damage, or installation
  • Original packaging required
  • Return request must be made within 30 days (brand-dependent)
  • Enhance Mobility: 7-day return window
  • Must ship within 7 days of receiving RMA
  • 20% restocking fee may apply
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Custom-built or custom-configured products
  • Open-box or used items
  • Lift chairs with custom fabric, heat, or massage options
  • Golden Technologies PR-502 lift chairs
  • Lift chairs removed from original packaging (must be factory sealed)
Return Shipping
Unless an error occurred on our part, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Both outbound and return shipping fees apply
  • Insurance is strongly recommended for high-value items
  • Incorrect return shipments may incur additional charges
  • $30 fee may apply for missed carrier pickups
Canceled Orders
Orders canceled after shipment are subject to standard return policies.
  • Orders must be accepted before return processing
  • Refused deliveries incur return shipping costs
  • Restocking fees between 15%–25% may apply
  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable
