Golden Technologies provides this warranty only to the original consumer against defects in materials or workmanship. Failure to follow owner’s manual instructions may void warranty coverage.

Warranty begins on the date of purchase from an authorized provider and requires product registration.

Lifetime Limited Frame Warranty
Covers repair or replacement (at Golden’s discretion) of:
  • Steel frame
  • Frame welds
  • Tiller frame
  • Front fork
  • Seat post

GR575 model is limited to a 5-year frame warranty.
Two-Year Drive Train Warranty
Covers defective materials/workmanship for:
  • Transaxle
  • Motor/brake assembly (electrical function only)

Note: Increased operating noise from wear is not considered a defect.
Two-Year Electronic Components Warranty
Covers:
  • Electronic controller
  • Battery charger
  • Dash assembly
  • Potentiometer assembly
  • Wire harnesses

Note: Charger heat during use is normal and not a defect.
One-Year Battery Warranty
Batteries supplied by Golden Technologies are covered for 1 year against defects in materials or workmanship.
One-Year Parts Warranty
Covers:
  • Bearings
  • Bushings
  • Seat swivel mechanism
  • Rubber components (excluding tires)
  • Armrests
  • Plastic components (excluding body)

Accessories are covered for 1 year.
Warranty Exclusions
Not covered under warranty:
  • Tires and tubes
  • Motor brushes
  • Brake pads
  • Upholstery
  • Bulbs and fuses
  • ABS shrouds

Also excluded:
  • Misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Improper maintenance or storage
  • Commercial use
  • Exceeding weight capacity
  • Acts of nature
  • Theft or loss of parts

Any unauthorized repairs void warranty.
Warranty Service Terms
All service must be performed by an authorized Golden Technologies representative.

Customer is responsible for:
  • Labor charges
  • Transportation
  • Packaging and handling

Returned items require prior authorization. Damage during transport is the customer’s responsibility.
Legal Disclaimer
This warranty is the exclusive warranty and replaces all other express or implied warranties.

Golden Technologies is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Overview
At Suncoast Mobility, we are committed to helping you select the right mobility product for your needs, including scooters, power wheelchairs, lift chairs, and other mobility equipment.

If a product is not the right fit, you may request a return authorization by submitting an RMA request. Once submitted, our team will review your order and contact you with next steps, including eligibility confirmation and return instructions.

All returns must be pre-approved and assigned an RMA number before being shipped back. Items sent without authorization may be rejected.

Orders shipped outside the United States via freight forwarders are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns require an approved RMA and must meet the following conditions:
  • Items must be new and unused
  • No signs of wear, damage, or installation
  • Original packaging required
  • Return request must be made within 30 days (brand-dependent)
  • Enhance Mobility: 7-day return window
  • Must ship within 7 days of receiving RMA
  • 20% restocking fee may apply
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Custom-built or custom-configured products
  • Open-box or used items
  • Lift chairs with custom fabric, heat, or massage options
  • Golden Technologies PR-502 lift chairs
  • Lift chairs removed from original packaging (must be factory sealed)
Return Shipping
Unless an error occurred on our part, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Both outbound and return shipping fees apply
  • Insurance is strongly recommended for high-value items
  • Incorrect return shipments may incur additional charges
  • $30 fee may apply for missed carrier pickups
Canceled Orders
Orders canceled after shipment are subject to standard return policies.
  • Orders must be accepted before return processing
  • Refused deliveries incur return shipping costs
  • Restocking fees between 15%–25% may apply
  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds & Credits
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
