Afikim Electric Vehicles provides the following warranty, guaranteeing free replacement of any defective parts identified by an authorized Afikim representative. The warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Lifetime Warranty
For the lifetime of the product from the delivery date, Afikim Electric Vehicles will replace, at no charge, the following metal parts:
- Main Frame
- Seat Post
- Tiller Metal Parts
Two-Year Warranty
For two (2) years from the delivery date, Afikim Electric Vehicles will replace, at no charge, the following parts:
- Power Unit (Motor, Transaxle & EMB)
- Controller
- Charger
- Wiring Harnesses
- Electronic Sub-Assemblies (Boards, Sensors, Switches, Potentiometers, Fuses)
- Gas Pistons
- Brakes
One-Year Warranty
For one (1) year from the delivery date, Afikim Electric Vehicles will replace, at no charge, the following parts:
- Bearings
- Bushings
- Shock Absorbers
- Seat
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover parts subject to normal wear and tear or damage caused by external factors beyond the manufacturer’s control, including but not limited to:
- Plastic Shrouds
- Motor Brushes
- Brake Pads
- Tires and Tubes
- Bulbs and Lights
- Upholstery
- Rust
- Noise issues

If a product is not the right fit, you may request a return authorization by submitting an RMA request. Once submitted, our team will review your order and contact you with next steps, including eligibility confirmation and return instructions.

- Must ship within 7 days of receiving RMA

Unless an error occurred on our part, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Canceled Orders
Orders canceled after shipment are subject to standard return policies.
