Consumer Limited Lifetime & 7-Year Warranty Overview
Golden Technologies warrants this chair to the original consumer only against defects in materials or workmanship.

Coverage applies to lift mechanism, recline mechanism, and chair frame under lifetime terms. Labor is subsidized for 3 years on most models, and 6 months on Capri and Monarch.

Customers are responsible for transportation, handling, packaging, and inspection costs.
Lifetime Mechanical Warranty
Covers repair or replacement of:
  • Lift Mechanism
  • Chair Frame
  • Recline Mechanism

Applies for the lifetime of the chair to the original consumer.

Labor subsidy:
  • 3 years on most models
  • 6 months on Capri and Monarch
3-Year Electrical Parts Warranty
Covers electrical components for 3 years from date of purchase:
  • Electrical parts and assemblies

Model variations:
  • Monarch: 2-year electrical warranty
  • Capri: 1-year electrical warranty

Labor subsidy:

  • 6 months on Capri and Monarch
4th–7th Year Electrical Parts Program
After the 3-year warranty expires, electrical parts are covered under a prorated discount program:
  • Year 4: 35% discount

Warranty Terms & Conditions
Golden Technologies will repair or replace defective parts at its option.

Warranty is void if damage is caused by:
  • Misuse, abuse, or improper service
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Transit or handling damage
  • Exceeding weight capacity

Excludes unnecessary service calls (e.g., user education or power issues).

Customers are responsible for shipping, handling, and inspection costs.

At Suncoast Mobility, we are committed to helping you select the right mobility product for your needs, including scooters, power wheelchairs, lift chairs, and other mobility equipment.

If a product is not the right fit, you may request a return authorization by submitting an RMA request. Once submitted, our team will review your order and contact you with next steps, including eligibility confirmation and return instructions.

All returns must be pre-approved and assigned an RMA number before being shipped back. Items sent without authorization may be rejected.

Orders shipped outside the United States via freight forwarders are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns require an approved RMA and must meet the following conditions:
  • Items must be new and unused
  • No signs of wear, damage, or installation
  • Original packaging required
  • Return request must be made within 30 days (brand-dependent)
  • Enhance Mobility: 7-day return window
  • Must ship within 7 days of receiving RMA
  • 20% restocking fee may apply
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Custom-built or custom-configured products
  • Open-box or used items
  • Lift chairs with custom fabric, heat, or massage options

  • Lift chairs removed from original packaging (must be factory sealed)
Return Shipping
Unless an error occurred on our part, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Both outbound and return shipping fees apply
  • Insurance is strongly recommended for high-value items
  • Incorrect return shipments may incur additional charges
  • $30 fee may apply for missed carrier pickups
Canceled Orders
Orders canceled after shipment are subject to standard return policies.
  • Orders must be accepted before return processing
  • Refused deliveries incur return shipping costs
  • Restocking fees between 15%–25% may apply
  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds & Credits
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
