1-Year Limited Warranty
One (1) year from the date of purchase, EV Rider, LLC will repair or replace defective parts or electronic components of the scooter or charger.

6-Month Limited Warranty
All spare parts carry a six (6) month limited warranty from the date of sale.

Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping: Warranty items are shipped via FedEx Ground. Expedited shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
International Shipping: Warranty parts are provided at no charge, but shipping costs to offshore or international locations are the responsibility of the purchaser. Customers should contact their dealer or distributor directly for warranty assistance.
Warranty Exceptions
Motor: Increased operational noise due to wear, strain, or excessive use is not considered a defect.
Batteries: Batteries are covered for one year after purchase, excluding the Stand-N-Ride scooter.
Service: Warranty work must be completed by EV Rider, LLC or an authorized service provider. Return authorization is required before sending parts for repair.
Warranty Exclusions
- Free batteries included with the scooter
- Normal wear-and-tear items such as tires, tubes, belts, bulbs, upholstery, brushes, fuses, plastic shrouds, and footrest covers
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, improper storage, or excessive loading
- Commercial use or use beyond intended mobility purposes
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Labor, service calls, shipping, or repair charges not approved by EV Rider, LLC
Battery Warranty & Liability
Batteries are covered under a limited warranty subject to normal wear-and-tear conditions.
Gradual battery performance decline is considered normal and is not covered after the initial defect period.
Implied warranties are limited to one year from original purchase where permitted by law. EV Rider, LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
