The Heartway Spring is a manual wheelchair with lightweight aluminum frame. The Spring uses a Tilt N Space seat that operates manually. The The Tilt N Space seat reclines up to 30 degrees. The Spring Has a weight capacity of 300 lbs and weighs

THREE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Three (3) years from the date of purchase on all structural frame components; including platform, seat post, and frame.

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

One (1) year from the date of purchase, if any part or electronic component of the Scooter or charger is found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced, at EV Rider, LLC’s option, without charge. Labor charges are NOT included. The purchaser is responsible for the delivery to the authorized repair facility. Satisfactory proof of purchase, serial number and the date of purchase are always required. For warranty service, please contact the dealer/company from whom you purchased your EV Rider product.

6 MONTHS LIMITED WARRANTY

All spare parts carry a six month limited warranty from the day of sale. This includes replacement batteries and chargers sold separately from the original scooter purchase.

SHIPPING - DOMESTIC: All warranty items will be shipped via Fedex Ground. Requested expedited shipping will be at the expense of the purchaser.

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL: Parts will be provided under warranty at no charge, but shipping to any offshore and/ or international location will be the responsibility of the purchaser. International and offshore end-users must contact the dealer/distributor directly to initiate the warranty process.

ONE-YEAR WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS

Motor: In cases where there is an increase in the operational noise level, the warranty does not apply. (An increase in operational noise level usually occurs due to abusive and excessive strain on the scooter).

The batteries are warranted by EV Rider for one year after the purchase of the Unit with the exception of the Stand-NRide scooter.

Service: Warranty service can be performed by EV Rider, LLC or by an authorized EV Rider, LLC service facility. Do not return faulty parts to EV Rider, LLC without prior consent. A request for a Return Authorization is required prior to returning items. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting units and/or parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the original purchaser.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: This warranty is only given to the original purchaser of the Scooter. This Warranty excludes:

  • Batteries that are provided free with the scooter. See the EV Rider invoice/packing slip for additional detail.
  • Consumable items which may need replacing due to normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, belts, bulbs, upholstery and seating, motor brushes, fuses, plastic shrouds and footrest covers, etc.)
  • Damaged caused by: battery fluid spillage or leakage, abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence, improper operation, excessive loading, maintenance, or storage, commercial use or use other than normal.
  • Used other than for the purpose of the purchaser’s mobility.
  • Repairs and/or modifications made to any part of the scooter without specific and prior consent from EV Rider, LLC.
  • Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product not approved by EV Rider, LLC.

Batteries: Batteries carry a limited warranty which is subject to a stringent wear and tear clause. Any battery faults due to a defect in the original manufacture will normally become obvious within the first two months of use. Any gradual deterioration in performance after this period is normally associated with fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage and as such is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. There is no other express warranty.

Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of the original purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Any and all implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages. So, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Return Policy

At Suncoast Mobility, our goal is to ensure that we assist you in selecting the right product for your needs. However, occasionally the product may not work for you. If you need to return an item, please review our Return Policy below and submit an online return authorization request. Once your request is reviewed a representative will reach out to you with further steps and information regarding your return. Units that have left the USA via a freight forwarder cannot be returned.

Return Merchandise Authorization

All no longer wanted returns will be returned at the customer’s expense in the original packaging and must meet the following criteria. The Product must be in new condition (no cracks, scratches, marked tires, or any indications of use). It must be returned in its original packaging. A return merchandise authorization must be requested from Suncoast Mobility within 30 days of the completed delivery for most brands. Enhance Mobility has a 7 day return window. Once a return merchandise authorization number has been supplied the product must be shipped within 7 days. Custom-made units by the manufacturer and are non-returnable: lift chairs with custom fabrics and/or heat and massage, Golden Technologies PR-502 lift chairs and all open box items. All lift chairs must still be banded and unopened due to new FDA COVID-19 sanitary return guidelines. This means if your lift chair has been opened from the original packaging it cannot be returned.

Every product we offer requires a return authorization number to return and a 20% restocking fee will be charged unless otherwise stated. Returns received without this number will not be credited. The easiest way to request an RMA number is by completing our easy online contact form. You may also call us at 727-537-6275 or email us at info@suncoastmobility.com to request an RA number. Please include your order number, name, and the item number you are returning. 

PLEASE NOTE: Products returned without an RMA number will not be credited. To receive credit, items must be shipped within 7 days from the day the RMA Number and shipping information were provided by Suncoast Mobility.

Return Shipping

Unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged, outbound and inbound freight is the customer’s responsibility. We are happy to help you determine which shipping method to use once you have requested your RMA number. We highly recommend insuring larger items for their retail value to protect against shipping damage.

Please be sure to carefully follow all return-shipping instructions that are included with your Return Merchandise Authorization number. If an item is returned to the wrong address, Suncoast Mobility reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees associated with shipping the item to the correct address. If a scheduled pickup with a  carrier is missed, Suncoast Mobility may charge a $10 fee per missed scheduled pickup.

Canceled Orders

Orders canceled after the item has shipped are subject to the above return policies. You must accept the delivery then obtain an RA Number from us in order to ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused by the customer the return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 15% restocking fee will apply. Expedited shipping costs will not be credited if a delivery is refused.

Credits

Once your return is received by Suncoast Mobility will issue a credit to the card used for the original purchase. Return Time Frames:

EWheels: Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Enhance Mobility: Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

EV Rider: Return must be requested within 25 days of delivery and returned to the warehouse within 30 days.

Golden Technologies: Return must be requested within 2 days of delivery. Lift chairs must be unopened, if opened they are nonreturnable.

Shoprider: Return must be requested within 25 days of delivery and returned to the warehouse within 30 days.

Merits Health: Return must be requested within 25 days of delivery and returned to the warehouse within 30 days.

ComfyGO: Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Drive Medical: Non-returnable unless unopened. If unopened

Tzora: Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Afikim: Return must be requested within 3 days of delivery

eFOLDi: Return must be requested within 3 days of delivery

Glion: Return must be requested within 25 days of delivery and returned to the warehouse within 30 days.
