Shipping Policy
Domestic: Warranty items ship via FedEx Ground. Expedited shipping is paid by the customer.
International: Parts are covered under warranty, but shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Claims must be processed through the dealer/distributor.
Warranty Exceptions
Not covered:
- Motor noise increase due to wear or overuse
- Batteries beyond standard coverage period (excluding Stand-N-Ride scooter)
Warranty Exclusions
- Free batteries supplied with scooter
- Wear-and-tear items (tires, tubes, belts, bulbs, upholstery, brushes, fuses, shrouds, footrests)
- Damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper storage

Batteries & Liability
Batteries are covered for one year, except wear-and-tear or misuse-related failure.
Gradual performance decline is considered normal and not a defect.
All implied warranties are limited to one year and exclude consequential damages where permitted by law.
