One (1) year from the date of purchase, EV Rider, LLC will repair or replace defective parts or electronic components of the scooter or charger.

6-Month Limited Warranty

All spare parts carry a six (6) month warranty from the date of sale, including:

  • Replacement batteries
  • Chargers sold separately from scooter purchase
Shipping Policy

Domestic: Warranty items ship via FedEx Ground. Expedited shipping is paid by the customer.

International: Parts are covered under warranty, but shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Claims must be processed through the dealer/distributor.

Warranty Exceptions

Not covered:

  • Motor noise increase due to wear or overuse
  • Batteries beyond standard coverage period (excluding Stand-N-Ride scooter)
Warranty Exclusions
  • Free batteries supplied with scooter
  • Wear-and-tear items (tires, tubes, belts, bulbs, upholstery, brushes, fuses, shrouds, footrests)
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper storage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Commercial or improper use
  • Labor, service calls, shipping not approved by EV Rider
Batteries & Liability

Batteries are covered for one year, except wear-and-tear or misuse-related failure.

Gradual performance decline is considered normal and not a defect.

All implied warranties are limited to one year and exclude consequential damages where permitted by law.

At Suncoast Mobility, we are committed to helping you select the right mobility product for your needs, including scooters, power wheelchairs, lift chairs, and other mobility equipment.

If a product is not the right fit, you may request a return authorization by submitting an RMA request. Once submitted, our team will review your order and contact you with next steps, including eligibility confirmation and return instructions.

All returns must be pre-approved and assigned an RMA number before being shipped back. Items sent without authorization may be rejected.

Orders shipped outside the United States via freight forwarders are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns require an approved RMA and must meet the following conditions:
  • Items must be new and unused
  • No signs of wear, damage, or installation
  • Original packaging required
  • Return request must be made within 30 days (brand-dependent)
  • Enhance Mobility: 7-day return window
  • Must ship within 7 days of receiving RMA
  • 20% restocking fee may apply
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Custom-built or custom-configured products
  • Open-box or used items
  • Lift chairs with custom fabric, heat, or massage options
  • Golden Technologies PR-502 lift chairs
  • Lift chairs removed from original packaging (must be factory sealed)
Return Shipping
Unless an error occurred on our part, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Both outbound and return shipping fees apply
  • Insurance is strongly recommended for high-value items
  • Incorrect return shipments may incur additional charges
  • $30 fee may apply for missed carrier pickups
Canceled Orders
Orders canceled after shipment are subject to standard return policies.
  • Orders must be accepted before return processing
  • Refused deliveries incur return shipping costs
  • Restocking fees between 15%–25% may apply
  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable
