As sellers, we are forced to abide by a minimum advertised price (MAP) to keep a fair playing field between us and our competitors. MAP makes it difficult or even impossible for us to have sales or promotions unless approved by our manufacturers. We are, however, able to sell demo units at a lower cost. A demo unit is a product that has been lightly used for demonstrations, showrooms, or advertising. A demo scooter, wheelchair, or lift chair still has all the functionality but cannot be sold as a brand new unit. Some of our product manufacturers never offer demo units so call us today to inquire what is available.
Occasionally we get the go-ahead to offer special pricing on brand new units approved by the manufacturer. When this occurs we are always sure to notify our clients on our social media platforms, our website, and verbally. When these sales happen it is a great idea to take full advantage as they are few and far between!
