Each Transformer Scooter includes:

- 12-month warranty on Lithium-Ion batteries

Mobie Plus Warranty
Each Mobie-Plus Mobility Scooter includes:
- 24-month warranty on electrical components
- Limited lifetime coverage on scooter frame
- 12-month warranty on Lithium-Ion batteries

Triaxe Scooter Warranty
Each Triaxe Scooter includes:
- 3-year warranty on scooter frame

Warranty Exclusions
Excluded items:
- Tires, tubes, trim pieces, and plastic shrouds
- Upholstery (seat back and cushions)

- Improper operation or maintenance
- Irregular spare parts or unauthorized modifications
- Accidents or natural disasters (hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, etc.)

If a product is not the right fit, you may request a return authorization by submitting an RMA request. Once submitted, our team will review your order and contact you with next steps, including eligibility confirmation and return instructions.

Orders shipped outside the United States via freight forwarders are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns require an approved RMA and must meet the following conditions:

- No signs of wear, damage, or installation

- Must ship within 7 days of receiving RMA
- 20% restocking fee may apply
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Unless an error occurred on our part, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Canceled Orders
