In-Home Service Contracts

An in-home service contract simply means if you encounter a technical issue with your unit a technician will be sent into your home to make the appropriate repairs. We ask that all clients please contact us directly to start this process. Once we are made aware of the issue we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to generate a service request. Once service is requested the technician will contact the client directly to schedule a date and time to come into their home to diagnose and repair the unit. Nearly all service contracts are good for up to one year and can only be extrended at the time of purchase on certain models and brands.

  • Every product we sell is covered by manufacturers' warranty. Each product and brand offers different coverage so we ask you to please make yourself aware of the warranty of your particular unit before purchasing. If a new part is needed and is still under warranty it will be sent free of charge. Parts that are no longer covered by warranty will be at the expense of the client. Some defective parts may be requested back but it is subject to manufacturer's discretion.

  • Different brands offer unique service contracts. Educate yourself on your particular brand contract before purchasing if possible. ey typically offer in-home diagnostics and service for up to a year unless additional years have been purchased.

  • Warranties and service contracts will be voided if a device is used in a way outside of its intended use. We encourage all clients to familiarize themselves with their devices manual prior to use to avoid this and get the most from your unit.

All Golden Technologies, Shoprider, Merits Health, and Enhace Mobility electric units come with a one-year contract at no cost to the cllient. Enhance Mobility products can be upgarded to an additonal year of coverage for a fee.

Unfortunately, EV Rider and EWheels products do not come with a service contract of any kind, we apologize for this incon- venience. We do however partner with a nationwide network of technical experts that can aid the client in geing the appro- priate repairs made in home for a fee.
